pensamento
(Rosana Elias)

Como segurar o véu/ How to hold the veil
First of all, we need to know how to hold the veil. Remember It is an extension of the dancer so, It must be manipulated with delicacy. Hold it between your fingers( thumb/index or index/middle finger) as though they were scissors. Never catch the veil. Rise your arms up so that the veil appears or keep it on the same level of your shoulders.
